Kasab was going to be hanged this was foregone eventuality, but when is the real question.
The Public prosecutor is enjoging public & Media glare but two Indians, Fahim Ansari & Shabuddin Ahmed connected to the 26/11 case has been acquitted for lack of evidence. The acquittal of Fahim Ansari and Sabauddin Ahmed, co-accused in the 26/11 attack case, has exposed the poor homework and shoddy investigation by the Mumbai crime branch. The gaping holes in the prosecution’s story were glaring from the beginning and there seemed to be little effort to plug them with evidence later on. The main master mind our still free. This is symbolic victory. Now the case will be heared by High Court. Then appealed in Supreme court. Then mercy Plea by The President. Ten years from now Kasab will still be alive and 100 crores will have been spend by government just to keep him alive. Afzal Guru after conviction is still alive, & I don't think Kasab case will be diffrent. The Goverment is Seudo SEcular and for vote bank politics will keep the Terrorist alive Desh, aam admi gaya bhaad mein Meri Khurchi Bachni Chay he !!!
