Assembly Election 2009

Maharshtra voted for assembly election on 13th Oct 2009. One more page of democracy was turned on and on 22 nd Oct on result one moe page will be turned. The final pages of this phase will come after that. The polling percentage have incresed in some constituiencies while in some it has decreased. Though the election comission has treid to give fooll proof voter list there remains discrepancy.

Illegal Construction

Government is thinking to regularize #illegal #constructions in urban areas , cities.

Looking at it as humanitarian angle it will be a very good decision for common man, who is leaving in such illegal constructions. The move should be welcomed. But with it, it will bring a harmful trend and belief that illegal construction will go untouched. In building construction not only black money of underworld is turned white. Also the Black money generated in politics, business and industry is also poured into construction industry. So there’s a nexus between builders, underworld, politicians, and business community.

                To thwart this nexus and illegal constructions the responsible should be penalized,

Who is responsible for this? The responsibility lies in, the builder who is the main culprit in this construction, the architect and engineer who doesn't follow the rules, regulation and professional ethics while planning and execution of construction work, for monetary gain. The authority who show the blind eye during this construction.
